The Quartz Hexapod System is an external fixator that allows for the correction of complex bone deformities in a simpler and more precise manner, enabling surgeons to effectively program any movement between two bone segments. The assembly consists of two rings connected by 6 adjustable struts, a concept based on the Gough-Stewart Platform.

Software for surgical planning;
Struts with a quick adjustment system;
Rings and semi-rings with exclusive markings to facilitate system assembly;
Compatible with SELAZ Circular External Fixators and Genesis External Fixator.

Software

The Quartz Hexapod System can be used in conjunction with online software for surgical planning and treatment prescription for the patient. The software has an intuitive interface, where the surgeon enters parameters of the bone deformity, fixator installation, and desired treatment outcomes, generating a treatment prescription table for the patient.

Easy and intuitive to use;
Flexibility: surgeon can use pre-programmed positions for system assembly or define positions considered more suitable for strut placement;
Possibility to recalculate at any stage of treatment.
